Essentially a Pop infused with Dancehall sound, “I Miss You Like The 90s” aims to capture a nostalgic vibe thats reminiscent of old school R&B and has strong lyrical roots in Jamaican culture. “Dancehall and Blues” was theme when DeQyd decided to compose this song and riddim which is also appropriately called “1990s Riddim”.
